Way too complicated. Nothing is balanced. The symbol doesn't look really good.

I like the colors though. But don't put gradient in the font. BTW, the 2 fonts don't compliment each other very well. I like the first one, but not the one below.

I agree with all Shawali said, try an eye more simple, and and for Bar Cafe use some font more groove like the Ojo.

letters would be better further reduced because it is rather annoying when viewing and background better not taking effect.
