Really good start.
I think the symbol is a bit too messy right now and could be simplified.
Nevertheless, this logo is definitely on the right track. Keep it up!
I would try to make it a bit more simple, the top guy with the ball looks like its being strangled with a rope, but maybe that is just me... I would also try to chose a better font.
