Idea: i like it
Shape: It resembles more to a swan than a duck. If you can somehow change that, this can be a good old-school-modern logo.
Tyopgraphy: try to modify the proportions between text and logo sizes. Either make the text smaller or make it bigger. Try the proportions 66% - 33%. First the logo 66% and text 33%, than inverse.
Example:
Variant 1: If the logo's width (swans) is 100% than try make the text width 66%.
Variant 2: Inverse; the text width to be 100%, this means to make the logo smaller, 66% from the text width.
Maybe Fibonacci's golden rule may suit well here. Try it.
I thought it was a kraken from the thumbnail. But this is nice i agree with the points David is making. But your typography looks so out of place near your symbol i think you would be better off picking a more suitable one. Good job.
oh really? i cannot believe that i would get 3 thumbs up form anyone!!! thanks for encouraging me, i was really collapsed mentally for my beauty parlour logo.
I love the idea! I think you need to work on more versions of the ducks together. I can almost see a tent in there too which is what I think of when I think forest. However the symbol still seems a bit awkward and disproportionate with the elements within it. The symbol has to be much smaller in terms of the type. And I'm not a fan on the type, I dont think it works. Overall a great start and with a few more tweaks this logo will be on it's way!

may you teach me how to maintain the proportion exactly between logo and text?
Example:
Variant 1: If the logo's width (swans) is 100% than try make the text width 66%.
Variant 2: Inverse; the text width to be 100%, this means to make the logo smaller, 66% from the text width.

but i dont know how to make the logo 66% and font 33%
ok... :D
How will it look with all caps ?

Not bad at all! The idea works. I think the symbols could use some more refining. Too many sharp edges and pointy bits.
The font would maybe work if it was more solid.
You're getting the hang of it. Keep working.
now i have changed my font and name. now is it ok?
I overated you. :D
The first one wasn't great but not too bad, but now I have to wonder if this is a troll.
I agree with the ducks looking more like swans, and I agree with the fonts being more solid. I think you have overdone it in the last example.
Maybe if you make the necks little shorter then they might look like ducks.
Try a solid simple font and see how it is looking.
ঠিক আছে, আপনাকে ধন্যবাদ ।(ok, thank you)
I agree with tasrubabu. Is a swan not a duck.
