“ROCK IT" is a company created by a husband and wife who are outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy hiking, rock climbing, river rafting and horseback riding to name a few activities. Their apparel line is created for people with the mindset to : “Rock Your Passion”. Targeted niche audience is the West/ South West, U.S states, where people come from all over the world to play in and enjoy nature.
WE would appreciate your critiques, our future designs will incorporate different adventure sports.

I prefer this version the best. I think you really nailed the weathered, rocky look on the font. The others look too clean and polished for my liking. This version is much more organic.
I must warn you, however, you need to only upload the black or white version only for this site. We're allowed only one logo per post. Not sure if this counts in your case, but it may get brought up by the mods.

Yeah, your post will eventually be edited by the admin. It's alright, you can always post the other versions in the comments.
Another tip: it's better if you don't create 5 different posts at once. Since the number of post on the front page of the critique section is rather limited, it's only fair to the other poster to limit your submissions.
That being said, I think I like this version best, though I'm not sure you really need the mountain shape above the word mark. You already have the spiral thing. I think it's strong enough on its own.

Sorry to be a party pooper and sounds like a dick, but it is in there - how come nobody saw that? " K " needs to be fixed and . so, is a negative space in " C " . No offense to anyone, but...

I'm Felix and nice to meet you, Sir! Oh well, it takes one to point it out and then you can't take your eyes off it. These things happened occasionally and we all guilty of that. That is why is a good idea to inspect your work before sending and even bring someone with fresh eyes for a first critique. Good luck with your concept even thought that with a texture it is more suitable for a lumber yard for my taste - but it is still a very good one for sure.
