I don't like the target thing, it's an overused, boring symbol and in top of that we see it in a childish execution in here. Fortunately it's not too visible, the DIVVID text catches the eye enough to hide it. The gradient in the circle does not go with the drawing like typography style. I like the colors. I don't like that the target circle is not optically aligned with the company name.
