Brief from client 

WANT A LOGO WITH LETTERS AND SOME SORT OF GRAPHIC ELEMENTS.

MAKE DO WITH CURVES AND SHOULD BE VISIBLE/ROUND SHAPED.

Your brief is a bit on the funny side as is your creative idea and execution.
try to get a better design brief and maybe you can come up with a good idea. As for execution... you will definitely need to do some studying on graphics and logo design if you want to get better.

Well, everything you mention in your brief was included in your logo. If that's all you client wants then your logo is finished.

The oddest brief I've ever seen, the only thing missing is my favourite colour cornflower blue and I hate sky blue!

With regards to the logo, the CMN looks plonked on and is in no way incorporated into the graphic- by the way you may want to want him that his company initials sound like semen which is not a good look.

If you want to create a sphere like shape with gradients I suggest you add more depth and shading to it - something similar to this - http://alturl.com/fnrby But I suggest a new approach if I'm being honest.
