Here is an interesting take on " A ". However, all I see is a grey arrow with tiny white stripes. Perhaps, placing " A " on a left panel, then " S " on top and make something out of that negative space could be a step forward?
June, take a look at today's posted BOX concept on Brands of the World made by Cumhur Dursun. Simple and effective.
I have the impression of seeing a cubic track covering an "S" :)
