Brief from client 

This logo was created by an agency, and adverse reasons the company broke the contract with them. And now my mission is to work with what has already been set, would like an opinion.

PS: I'm brazilian so don't critique my english mistakes :]

oh.. the words mean: drugstores / São Miguel is the name of our city / take care of you does well

All right guys, let me explain the situation.

The company had hired the agency to make the new visual identity. But because of problems with delivery and disagreements about the stuffs, they ended the contract. And now, i was hired to make the graphic design and marketing of Drugstores São Miguel, and in next month I'll have to put this new brand in circulation. So.... i wanted to had some critiques about it!
