Try removing all the small detail, including all the black "squigglies" inside the flower and lettering. Increase the size of Alternative Apparel and choose a more readable font.

No juzgaré tu idea pues talvez el simbolo tenga un fondo significativo que desconozco. En cuanto a la ejecución, hay mucha diversidad de color y la fuente no es actual... toda su composición es "retro" me lleva a la década de los 70s... no te des por vencido, urgar en el gusto popular antes de decidir formas o typos...

Take a pencil, your sketchbook and don't stop drawing. Do circles, lines, squares, everything you need to set your mind clear. Good luck

The symbol actually has potential, but it requires a lot of changes.

My advice would be to start design without colors and when you are satisfy with the sign, you should add colors.

As for the font,you should use some simpler, such as Lato for example.
