Better than the first.... like the snow out of the r.... maybe turn the shadows a bit brighter and make the heart a bit smaller.

Maybe withdraw the snow a bit, looks like its overloaded at the left bottem.The heart is open and without any filling, so u got a width a the top and "density" at the bottem.

I like the snow better here too. The snowflake looked too rigid next to the curves of the text. The shadowing and the curl of the snow seeming to move behind the lettering also gives this a lot of depth. I'm not so sure that little shadow at the top of the R is necessary. I see how you got it but it looks more distracting to me than anything.
