i dont know what to say.. but if you are starting ads & website business,
you need to improve the creative side in you, by start searching other art works (better use tags like "online,web,..etc") , see them and im sure you'll get the inspiration you need..
put in consideration logo design fundamentals like: Font, Colors, consistency, linkage of idea and symbol ..

This is very weak and unimaginative.
I think you need to find a good creative idea first and then think how to make it work.

Even when it has a lot of colors the whole thing doesn't look alive.

Start over keeping the "LTW" and the tagline, but use fonts that match.
