M-Graphics

Brief from client
M Graphics full form is Mustafa Graphics And Mustafa means The Chosen One
The rainbow colors are horrible and just looks like you picked them in the Illustrator gradient presets (which is something you should never do). Or maybe you want to appeal to the LGBT community, but I don't think you do =)
The flowers have no reason to be here, they don't seem to represent anything. Although, given the general look of your logo, they certainly are just clip arts you downloaded from some website. Everything in a logo should have a meaning, nothing is there just because it look beautiful.
Also, you say that the M stands for Mustafa, but where do I get this from? It's not mentioned anywhere in the logo. The fact that it means "the chosen one" is irrelevant here.
The logo proposed by cevem is a hundred times better than yours. My advice is to get as much inspiration as you can from sites like www.logopond.comwww.fromupnorth.com or www.inspirationfeed.com and then restart from scratch with a pen and a piece of paper.
Way too much going on, too many colors, the flowers just don't work, and the "GR" in graphics nearly disappears on the black- but I'd also suggest a new font for the main text anyhow. (And maybe just keep that main text in one color!?) I'd also offer up Shawali's idea of starting over with a pen and paper.

Try this.
This is a very poor looking logo.

Good luck!

I'd go with cevem's version if I were you!
I wouldn't go with cevem's version, because it's not yours =) See it more as an inspiration.
hah! You got me there ;)
Why do you use the flower? twice?
I think there's way too much colors.
As said before try using Cevem's logo as an inspiration.
