I would lighten the purple up a little bit maybe put a little more pink in it. darken the green up some so you can read Malta and I think you got it.

I think it works.

I would simplify it- get rid of the burgundy circles completely. Try it as single circles.

The tag is too small.

Well, your clients probably told you they want something colorful and you made it colorful. Probably got taken away a bit doing it since it looks too colorful and, hence, a bit messy and it definitely would not work as a logo.

I know, I know, there was a stupid trend of circles and dots logos a few years back but it died in about 2 months after it started.
People soon realized they are pretty unusable.

i like what you did but the colorful circles in the back eat the tagline.....
