Make it logo

Brief from client
I have made a complete new concept for myself. This logo is for my own company. The logo tells what I am doing, who I am and is connected to graphic design. I like to have some feedback.

Symbol: You are missing your "pinky" finger, it's anatomically incorrect (length of the fingers), and it is drawn rather sloppy- I can see all the "points." You would need to refine this and smooth everything out. Lose the gradients. The colors become very muddy in the transition from green to pink.
Typography: This has a weak arrangement- the "M" takes precedence over everything. If you are going for an elegant extended hand, your typography should possess some of those elegant characteristics also.
I hate to be harsh, but this needs a major overhaul. You should go back to the drawing board- and by that I mean DRAW- away from the computer- to come up with a nice symbol, and a nice arrangement for the text. Then take it to digital form.
Keep working on it. All good logos take a bit of time and often many revisions!
Your second logo here on BOTW. Try to focus on your idea and make that better. Don't switch between ideas to much. I understand the link between 'Make it' and hands. That is the idea you have to work on. Let the hand(s) in your symbol suggest that they make (or made) something.
I think you should work on the naming first of all, seek for new options maybe, make the name less obvious, insight is key
