no to much smoke
Yeah, the smoke is a bit overkill.
And the kerning is way off.
Nice color scheme though.

It's not it should be "more", it's that it should be right.
off with the smoke-that's my first reaction, you can replace the smoke with something more "symbolic" like swirls (but be careful with that too). Off with the effects in the font, it's not the right font and not the right place to use them. I would shift the fluidity of the smoke with the geometry of the fonts...work carefully with that idea if you think it suits you fine.
Per above. Work on the smoke idea more, making it into a circle and placing it to the left of the company name may work. , remove gradient effects or make them more subtle. Also work on where the smoke is coming from, it seems unnatural that it's coming out of the first 3 letters "MAN" bringing a lot of attention to the word "MAN" in the logo, not sure if that's what you want, just food for thought there.
i didnt whant no emphasyse the word, and also is spanish sow it dosent make any trouble with that, but im very tkanfull with your comments you are helping me a lot!
