Possible strap line: ‘Raising the Coffee Standard’ (possible image of a person raising a flag?) Open to any creative ideas?

Logo images and images of roasters etc. The needs to be one colour in all file formats.
Have been working on this for some time now, but only this morning has everything fallen into place. Love working in this style and I know there's lots of room for development. Any ideas are more than welcome!

i friggen love this!! just the sort of style i like. the only thing i will say is that im not sure what the symbol is meant to be, im guessing some sort of coffee making machine.. but nevertheless it looks cool. Once again Great job Joe!

Remove the noise-color from the logo, leave it solid color.

What is the font for the subtext?
The only thing I was going to mention when I clicked on the thumbnail to 'critique' it was to maybe remove the little horizontal line clusters to the left and right of the stars at the bottom- but those seem to have disappeared in the "Extra Shots" that you uploaded after the main one!
