This is a group of deans of marketing. Here are the four Ps of marketing
how important a symbol of network marketing is showing the four Ps of marketing (price, place, product and promotion). The client says should be done as a signaling element

This is way better but i don't know about the sign post. The gradients look a little weird as well

The idea's ok, but the execution fails to deliver.
I only see sign posts, no P's.
Composition-wise, this logo will be highly unpractical. The symbol is crushing the word mark.
Keep things simple. Also, let go of your mouse and grab a pen and sketch a few dozen ideas.
