Brief from client
Small financial and Credit Company.

I was inspired by the works of Joe White http://yeoldestudio.co.uk/ and Steven Noble http://www.stevennoble.com/main.php

Love this, really nice an elegant. Has a crispness which I can never seem to manage. The subtle background is great too!
The only little thing, would be nice to maybe see the banner underneath in a symmetrical option.
First impression is a very strong and well tailored logo, great job!
Thank you, sensei! This is a sketch. I will try to fix

this is a sketch? Ok, I hate you! ;)
Flawless.
FYI I pinned this on my Pinterest. If you have a website, I'll gladly put it up there.
Thank you. What's your name on Pinterest? I 'll follow you.
Too beautiful! Well, if you were inspired by Joe White you'll have sucess :)
congratulations!
If you want to present your logo in a more professional way, it could be good to show it over a white background, at least it will be over that gray one in its actual application (always).
Sorry, it displays a lot of information for me. Disturbing and confusing. The more simpler, the more confidence maker, more in the financial field.
Idea. M3 Is a good approach. It could be good to look for a more serious typography, the current one goes fine for a baseball team.
Symbol. For me, it doesn't built customer's confidence, I use to see works like this one over a bar gate or beer room door. The stylized and curved ribbon communicates for me some informality, not a good point for a credit & financial company, I think.
Typography. I doesn't meet the requirements for a company such as your clients i suppose. What requirements? Reliability, Confidence, Economic grow, Seriousness, you name it. What kind of typography? With serifs.
Even if your needs are to look a bit friendly, I'm the man that says that something is to be friendly and something else is to be awkward, as this logo makes me feel.
Colors, Good in the way they look friendly, but a firm as this could show itself as a bit stronger, i think. How? with darken colors.
I have to say although i like the overall style/look of the logo i agree with pretty much everything Darbo has said.. for me this isnt the type of style i would use for a financial and credit company
I don't know about this hipster style that's popular right now. How long before it'll be dated? And all those small, unnecessary details. Meh.
i like this but more as a poster, a t-shirt print or a drink sticker, not like a logo, and ofcourse non for an financial one, whats the minimum size this logo can go? is this a multi used logo? with all those small details? i thing no. But as i said love this work.
