but it difficult ìf foil embed! because dots is very small

Why is it all so close together? I don't mind the a being made out of dots, but when you add another line of dots it shouldn't be that close to the a. I would space it all out vertically quite a bit and see what you have. I also don't think you need the red dot between media and alliance- it just adds to the confusion. Space it out, lose the red dot, and see what you've got. You also might want to try having a line that ISN'T made out of more dots between your symbol and the company - I think a thin solid line would work better.

Overall this look very nice but there are a few things Ithink you could make look better. The thing is It looks like its shrinking and I can't tell what this is the colors look nice and in order so does the text but the symbol is just off.

I like pretty much everything of the logo but I agre that unfirtunately the a in dots and the line makes a weird compressing effect, I think it would look very good exactly like that with the red dot between the words and all even if tha a in red dots was removed. It would be simple but clear
