This logo is very generic. Some points I would give besides changing all of it is to be careful on what you're using as a font. The first thing that popped in my head when I heard "Micra" was Micro...... Micro..... Microsoft....
The logo is also very similar to them, same black color scheme, but the only thing is that their logo works for them.. This logo doesn't work for you.
Some points would be to look at what you actually are designing for. What is your product/service? Its a studio, but what kind? music studio? design studio? game studio?
After asking yourself those questions, look at some successful companies related to yours, see why their logo is so successful, etc. Once you take a look at all of that, you may be kicking yourself in the butt as to why you even allowed yourself to upload something like this!
Overall though I want to see how this turns out, but for me at least its just way too generic.
Yeah, this isn't doing much. There are many examples of simple but great logos out there, and this just isn't one of them. I'd start over again with a whole new concept. And hey, there's no shame in hiring a designer if this isn't what you 'do'- and by the looks of it you're not looking for a super complex logo, so it might not even cost too much.
But if you're gonna keep on truckin', you've gotta find SOME element to separate your logo from the rest. The one above has a really plain font, a really plain/overused symbol, and it's just too generic.
Obviously, as the letters are the same, it seems to "Microsoft" but they're not very similar. Microsoft looks well proportionated and dynamic. Yours not.
Balance and harmony are not the things that you can learn from a critique. You should to practice, and if case, take some classes around design and corporative branding.
