Brief from client
Mike looking for a logo for this one-man-company specialized in real estate this is what i designed for him. Let me know what do you think.
I think it's a great idea- the only thing I might change would be to kern that last 'R' in a little so that it lines up with the right edge of the 'o' in Joyce- it seems a smidge too close to the y. Also, have you considered possibly (I'd have to see it to know if it'd work) making the man's silhouette to a different color?
Check out some font websites, like www.losttype.com. Their fonts, though really well crafted and professional looking, are getting a bit too popular and start to be seen everywhere.
Just don't fall for anything found on dafont.com, where 99% of their stuff are just crappy fantasy typefaces made for your 10 years old neighbor's birthday party flyers =)

Good idea for the different color, but just for the critique i used just black. This is something that i will do for sure. Thank you
Since it's a one-man company, why don't you put the silouhette of that one man, instead of some random guy?
I'm not a fan of the font. Looks like Impact, super dated and seen everywhere.
The "realtor" part doesn't come out well, the kerning seems off.
Thank you for the feedback. Do you have any suggestion for the fonts? What you would use?
