Without a lot of information, not a bad logo.
My only critique would be that there seems to be a disconnect between the head of the eagle and everything else going on. You have a very geometric eagle body paired with strong horizontal lines & a slab-serif typeface. It makes the curvy eagle head, in my opinion, stand out a little too much. It doesn't quite feel connected to the rest your logo, which looks pretty good. I would address that, maybe try sketching something with strait lines to match.

This isn't bad but it reminds me way too much of a Nazi eagle.

I agree with Jon. It looks nice, but it's too 1940's.
