subtext has problems to fit with the text. Choose something like eurostil instead. The rest is fine but not a brilliant, has no personality but it stand for a logo.

I'm not a fan, sorry. I don't really see anything happening here.

The main font looks very dated. The simple circle as a symbol of a wheel would work better in another context.

The subtext font looks like it's been stretched.
