Brief from client
Poster proposal for the city of Moscow.
Decided to go with a silhouette of the tower from the Kremlin wall.
Doesn't look anything like the towers on the Kremlin wall, they're many layered and pointy with a star on top. What "she" has presented here looks like a robot in a book. The pink/red is off as well, Moscow should be a big bold red. "She" is getting better with font choices though.
(not poking fun at you with the "she" part ESY, but she is a he and if you knew his background this is very funny)
I don't know, I've seen several photos of the wall and got the concept nearly immediately. It does make for a good "M" symbol, and I don't think the concept was that bad.
Maybe do these as a series, where you use several iconic architectural standpoints to make your typographic symbols.
Согласен по поводу круга под зубцом , он заострил низ " М ". Знак суховат, но узнаваем, не хотелось мне идти по пути башен и курантов - избитая тема как Париж с башней Эйффеля. Вскоре помещу другие варианты о Москве.

I have a feeling that the dome of Saint Basil's Cathedral is a lot more well known than Kremlin wall to foreigner.
I don't think she is marketing to foreigners though.
Let's stick to actually critiquing her logo,
Which I think is perfectly minimal, a clever use of typography, and a very cool play on architecture. Good job.

Here is a part of the Kremlin Wall that I decided to use in my concept.
Those are crenels not towers, still a poor choice over a more recognizable feature.

Ничего так логотипчик, но знак скучноватый. Круг под зубцом, по-моему, лишний, из-за него получились острые концы М.
