The gradients are too busy and keep the letters from forming a cohesive look. If the colours must remain the gold and blue, how they are applied needs to be re-worked. Otherwise it's not bad.

This is just too stuffy and bland for a telecom company. Take at look at existing (good) telecom logos and try to change your way of thinking about this.

This logotype screams construction, roofing, repair, etc. Not Telecommunications.

The type is not working. Its says to me more construction than telecoms. Also there is not really anything unique about this logo that may make you stand out from competitors. I would suggest you rethink about it on a whole and start again with a clear clean idea. Loose the gradients.

Colors are annoying and the design overall is just flat. Take splashster's advice and give yourself some time to think and come up with a better idea.
