You had a easy "thinking line" and it works perfectly, congrats!
My question is: is the bottom line, with the "explanation", part of the logo?
An if it's not, is the logo clearly containing all the different elements?
The answer for me is not really.
It takes a while to figure out that there's a J in the negative space of the M. And you figure it out only if you know the company's name.
The other elements are not really there, are they?
Don't get me wrong, I believe it's a nice exercise, but as a logo I'm not completely buying it.
Nicely done, you still need to write down the company name to make it easier for us to realize it is an M and a J.
I cannot see the headphone in the symbol.
