Searching something for me....
I tried to incorporate some of myself in this logo.
Things I tried to incorporate are:
-Name
-I like science
-modern font
-something I can use as a badge..
I'm person who is starting in logo designing.
I began in 2011 year and I'm still learning.
I hope my design isn't a ripped work

For someone who's just started in graphic design, this is some pretty good work!
My problem is that I had a hard time properly reading it at first because the first D looks a bit like a lowercase A.
But anyway, it works. Congrats!

In the beginning that "D" had a little cut under the top line but it looked a like "G". then I changed it to present version.
logotype is pretty good
you try to take the appropriate color of science.
for color i, give different color dots

Unfortunately, I agree with the previous comment. I want to like it because it is clever and compact, but it seems forced and the first "D" (although fits perfectly) looks odd overall. It could be the outline or the dot. What about playing around with the shapes of the letters rather than the actual letters?
I didnt have any trouble figuring out that the first letter was a "D". For creative people you guys need to think outside the box a little more. I love this logo.
