This logo is for a bank office program, this program must improve the relations between employers and create a better work weather.

I like it. I just dont like the font.... ok you used the right combination bold and normal from the same family, but that font if I'm not wrong is Futura... a little outfashion.

Why don't you use bold letters for "Oficina", too? The first symbol (for writing with a pen) is quite hard to recognise. And the third one: a chair or a laptop?
