Way too complicated. Too many things happening at the same time: the Y merging with the W, the reversed e, the whole white/yellow thing.
The main font is really boring and the whole stacked up thing doesn't looks really good.

Yeah, this is all over the place. In addition to what Shawali said, you also have uneven spacing between your lettering and where you have letters merging. The "M" to the "W" and the "y" all have different gaps and "END" is a lot farther from the second line than the first to the second.
Not a huge fan of half the letters backwards, and random color scheme, i kinda like how the y goes in the W if you didnt have all that other stuff going on with it, sometimes less is more.
