The National Gender and Equality Commission is a constitutional commission established under article 59 of the constitution of The Republic of Kenya.
The commission’s mandate is to promote gender equity and non discrimination in accordance with article 27 of the constitution.
The commission target groups are; youth, children, women, persons with disabilities, older persons, minorities and marginalized persons.
The proposed logo should factor in commission’s target groups, be of appealing colors that shall also be adopted as the colors of the commission.

Capital 'C' for Commission and the title is 'National Gender and Equality Commission'. I like the gender symbols but the map is too complicated. Try using the symbols with NCG&E. Font should be bolder. Colours are not great either, stick to two for government departments.

Capital C i would say and i like this layout.
This one is the best that you have so far. Work more on the map and it's going to be fine. Yes, "c" in "commission" will look better as "C".
