Waaaaay too complicated and over the top.

It seems that the initial logo is lost in the middle of all that medieval themed mess of bad strokes and gradients.

It's a bit like a small painting put in a huge frame.

And Stephen has a good question: it's "national" logo for what? I see the armor thing and that kind of piranha skeleton in the middle, but it doesn't really say anything.
