This logo was for a project for Natural Products
The idea for this logo is a leaf to make on it a woman face.
The green color because the nature have the green color. Color also symbolizes nature products.

Simplify. Too much details for me. Typography - I would give a simple, more original font, a small difference between the natural and the face, it looks like a mistake.
The idea is a simple, but clear.

Agree with severup. Blue can be also a color of "nature" and will help you to diferenciate the symbol from the type. Personally I don't like the free difuminations of color. The choosen of the tipography, if you don't find one that explress what you want, try not to chosse one that don't express what you want.
