I agree with Shanuea, the symbol is getting there but is probably a bit too detailed, you have to consider what details will not be readable at a small size, I'd suggest, for starters, to remove the hand that lies in-between the arm and chest.

The typography still isn't right though, it really jars and needs to work in tandem with the symbol, maybe try a slightly rounded font in lowercase (something like Brandon Grotesque maybe?), you'd have to adjust this so the ascenders in the "t" and "l" fit nicely with the symbol and work out a clever way to display the dot on the "i"(possible have this in the space between the arm and chest, if you decide to remove the hand, The laptop lid would work nicely too if it becomes a continuation (and on the same angle) of the righthand arm of the "v"). I don't think the larger "N" works at all I wouldn't use Small caps at all, IMHO it make the typography look amatuerish.

Colourwise, I'd suggest you soften the colours, black and red are a harsh combination, maybe use pastel colours which would appear more trusting and feminine.

I'm really not liking this logo. The "symbol" is way too detailed and yet very plain, and to be frank, kinda degrading, like this whole thing you're trying to sell.
