You don't need the second LT, next to "designz". You already have it just above. Right now, it's redundant.

"DesignZ" is super gimmicky and old. Same for the brackets.

The subtext font feels totally disconnected from the rest. It gives a kind of girly feels to the logo but it clashes with the black/grey/white color scheme.

Globally, this logo feels very dated and lacks research, inspiration and sketching.
