If this is a personal logo, does it have to have a Z at the end? Does not look professional with it. Also, the blue lines are way to thin. Note how in thumbnail view they don't show up. Why not get rid of them and make LT blue?

Oh, and just noticed that you added a mouse over the I, thought it was my own cursor! I would get rid of that as well, or make it more pronounced.
