You don't need the color effects in the main word. You also have three design elements here, I think this needs to be simplified.

If you remove the random symbol on the left, the color effects in the word mark, the triangle on the i and change the sub text font for a better matching and less prominent font, you would have a simpler and slightly better logo.

Although that door and window in the A makes me think more of a real estate business than a dev agency.

This is already a trademarked brand, and it is on this site for other copywright sections. I highly, highly doubt he is here for a critique.
