Nuts

I clicked because I was hoping that it said "Republican Nuts." Oh well, without even getting into the problems with the type, composition, etc… Where are the nuts? I see a devil, beer, but nothing to do with nuts? If this isn't a logo for nuts, then this is even more confusing.

Good intentions but terrible execution.

Too many elements. The beer/ribbon thing definitely looks like a clip art picked off the Internet. Same goes with the cheesy chick silhouette.

The composition is totally off. Everything happens on the right side of the logo, making it uneven. Should it read Nuts Republica or Republica Nuts? It's not clear, the sens of reading is fucked up.

The circles in the back are useless, they just complicate things further.

Globally, this is a terrible logo. My advice is to get as much inspiration you can from sites like www.inspirationfeed.com www.lookslikegooddesign.com and font sites like www.losttype.com & www.fontsinuse.com

Then restart from scratch, with a pen and paper (I cannot stress that enough).
