Brief from client
My own company (OBVS). Providing affordable branding for small companies. Forget any acronym. I want bright unusual colours - sick of red logos.
I'm really liking this one. Reverse logo doesn't execute well hence the box around it. Will stick to white background when possible. Not settled on the colour just yet. Love to hear your good/bad comments. BTW: Thanks for offering your expert opinion(s). My own logo has been the most difficult of all and your feedback has been invaluable.

Just a quick note fyi... When reversing the logo you can switch the black to white and then put it on a black background. Then you won't need the box.
thanks for your comment. I did try it that way first but the reverse on the magnifying glass doesn't quite work as the 'ball' of the eye needs to be white as well. Tried different senarios, will rethink that a little. A blue iris looks awesome but unfortunately too similar to an optometrist logo. What do you think overall??
I don't like the idea, magnifying glass is overused, but if you keep it's well done. For the negative see attachment.
Thanks so much botw. Do you think the eyeball is still retained when used on a black background. That was my only concern with the reverse logo.
