OCTAL Professional training center is delivering high end Commercial training initiatives in Sudan. OCTAL is also involved in providing consultancy services to corporate clients in the area of Commercial capacity building (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service).

This feels a bit thrown together. Your blues don't match. The symbols don't work together. I get the "octagon" shape with the name- but it's not working, and almost forms a letter "C" at the beginning of the word. The smooth person shape symbol does not seem to go with anything here. And I am not really a fan of the font you chose.
I think you should narrow down what you want your symbol to convey, then come up with ONE that works to get that message across. The font isn't really terrible- it could work if you had a great symbol that works with it. Otherwise, I'd find a better font as well.

I agree, this isn't working for me at all either. It almost looks as if the figure is making the "stop!" gesture. I don't see any relevance here.
I don't mind the octagon outline, as I didn't get a C from it. The issue for me is that none of the elements really go together.
Sketch some more ideas out and try again. Good luck.
I can see an idea behind this logo but you need to make some drastic changes, beginning by removing the wavy symbol with the circles. It feels totally out of place and can't really happen with that octagon being there.
Speaking of the octagon, I think it can work. The font is alright and it works well with that symbol.

I would remove the top symbol, and the O in OCTAL. I'd make the Octagon shape be the O and in the same style as CTAL
