Brief from client
Creating a logo for the business. Business is for merchants to gather information about something or some shops through a qr code scan, and through scanning also get offers or discount from the shop. Wanting a logo that could also be an app icon,
want it to look
- simple
- easy to catch attention ( on mobile phones especially)

I think your text is not centered to the icon. You could even make it the exact width of the icon too.
Symbol is bland and says " Yes " in Spanish mainly due to that exclamation icon next to a dollar sign.
How do you get "yes" from an exclamation mark?
If money or finances are your main focus here, it doesn't communicate that way. I think you might want to rethink how you want to portray what the logo represents.
the idea came from the word "oh my money ". The bubble means "oh " as if someone wants to chat and the $! As "my money! "
Upon second glance, it does make more sense. I guess my first reaction was someone shouting expletives, since symbols are commonly used to substitute for curse words.
If you do decide to go this route, I would consider dropping the speech bubble outline. Maybe it's just me, I hate outlines :)

The symbol works really well in the context of a smartphone app. Pretty clever.
