Sorry but this logo don't work

1- Is too plain
2- have 3 hard to combine colors and very easily hidden with the background
3 - have a slogan, this not work here you need just a symbol or maybe a simple logo, take reference in other channels

I totally agree with Rafael.

One more exemple that you should sketch ideas and not make a logo right off the computer.
