Optimal Profits - marketing consulting

Brief from client

Optimal Profits is a marketing consulting company, and what they do is, they help the high end of small businesses to grow their profits without investing more money on advertising.

The client wanted a logo that conveys proffesionalism.

In this logo I have used statistic bars to represent the increasing profits and made them yellow to symbolize gold.

And opted for dark grey to make it work better with the yellow.

Tell me what you think about it !

Good: colors, circle, idea with statistic bars. Not so good: Centered text, font, kerning, yellow bars look like a yellow finger pointing to the sky or like mobile phone reception bars. I think there can be some more elegant solution.

Woah, you are right, I didnt see that yellow finger there before.

As for the centered text, do you mean I centered unevenly or that you simply dont like it much?

Finally, I know the typography is far from original, but I couldnt find one that looks professional like this one. If you by any chance have an idea of another typography that may work I would certainly try it.

Thank you for the fast feedback!

Yellow finger - it's not optimal profits. Try to find another solution for symbol and find a successful typographical layout.

Yeah, I will modify the symbol and see what I can do about it.

I couldnt find a typography that looks as professional and classic like this one. If you by any chance have an idea of another typography that may work I would certainly try it.
