Brief from client 

Organic/healthy bread company based out of western Oregon. Wanted more earthy logo, I went with a logo to help them expand their market share nationwide.

Reusing the symbol as a letter doesn't work. I don't know what's with the rectangle next to "company"

Basically, it doesn't smell like bread here

Yes. The font is too sober, too shy for a bakery or bread company.

Take a look at some bakery logos, you'll see what I'm talking about.

I like the colors actually..

But second what Luenib said about the rest.

Seems like this is screaming for a more hand drawn font. Not in black.
