está bem estiloso a tipografia combina bem sim com a ideia que a logo passa a mostrar, é bem ousado é isso que a logo se diferencia com sua própria maneira de ser, dá para entender bem a separação das palavras, parabéns!
There are too many elements happening at the same time. That weird looking O, the symbol, these two fonts that really don't complement each other, the atrocious kerning.
OOO oooo......choose better font, the composition is good but the ingredients suck bad. Play less with fonts. choose one from neville brody (grafika) or something like avantgarde and use just one, The symbol would look better without effects.
It seems like the font you used has normal kerning, but you scrunched an already thin font even closer .... together? Thin fonts look best when they're equally kerned, and on that note, just wide enough that you can clearly distinguish the letters. Think of it like a kiss. It can't be too much, or too little - it has to be just right :D
Personally I will have to say that the "accompanying symbol" doesn't work here. You're best bet is to stick with the stylized "O" and move on from there, scrap everything else though lol, oh and a better font choice would really help! You're colors could also be a little more improved. So for something warmer maybe?

i am not a huge fan of the font and whats wrong with the O?
I like the symbol but you should really choose a nicer font. Also the kerning needs some work...

No, too complicated. Restart from scratch.

Sorry to say, but this logo does not spell out telecommunication to me... I therefore have to agree to above comments - start over.....

It will be a waste of time, but show that you are good, show another
