Looks great, I love the colors! :D

The only thing I would focus on is the spacing on the word "ground," since right now it looks like the "G" is sniffing the super hero's armpit. I suggest moving that whole word to the right by about 3-4 pixels.

Also "comic company" is way too light in my opinion. It is simply overpowered by the above text and would be difficult to see in smaller sizes. Perhaps putting a little stroke on that text would fix it. But this is mainly my pet-peeve with this piece. Good job nonetheless!

P.S. probably to give your orange man a little more of a dynamic look, try tilting all the text upwards by a few degrees, this will give your logo a more organic look and flow with the illusion of him lifting the text, rather than pulling/pushing it. The first thing that came to mind when I saw the word "Over Ground" was "Isn't he supposed to be lifting something?" Something to play with :3

Again, great solution and keep it up!

Awesome. Thanks for your feedback I agree with what you say, typography does need a slight revision, thanks for the kind comments! :)

U MIGHT WANT TO USE A BLACK OAK STD font or a engravers font for this,

this looks like a teaching weightlifting /fitness logo.

u plan to make a comic book to encourage kids to body build???
