The symbol gives an idea of the word Parad, good. Also tells people you deal with music...performance.
The creative agency fill is too light. Makes the whole writing note visible.

This is not working.

The symbol looks like one of these cheap free clip arts you find on deviant art.

The dark blue of the text really don't go together with the red/black scheme.

The font and the drum make the whole thing look like a kid thing. Definitely not an agency, let alone a creative one.
