I'm jealous of this brief. There's so much you can do with this.
At the moment it's too black and it's difficult to tell what's going on. There's also too much detail in the upper half.
It's also not very exciting for such a dynamic and interesting sport.
I would like to see another idea which reflects the awesomeness of this sport.
Getting rid of the icon and simply having a free runner jumping from the R to the E would be more exciting, if a little obvious. However, I'm a big fan of route one, as I don't like ambiguity.
I agree with to much details in it! And maybe rework the colours....
in my opinion u can go on with this idea but rework it, less details, maybe some details for the body....dont think that the "jumping freerunner" is a good way to do it, cause nearly all freerunning logos work like this....
I agree that u should show that this kinda sport is grazier, powerfull, awesome aso.
Since the feet are the forward most element... the bottom texture needs to say more. (or less) My first thought is to try an Egyptian design in the tread. I'm assuming the gold on the head piece is supposed to be flat color... ? Play up the eyes, make them more fun. Give the hands a little more life...

The idea is good, it works, but is very black, is loaded, and the foot are very large, you might find another way to represent best your idea
The foots shot into the front so they have to be this big ;-)

Hope that helps!

I like the illustration but it doesn't say enough about the subject. It needs to move, defy gravity and bend in ways that don't seem natural.
