Brief from client
I work for a small local paper and a lot of the local businesses do not have logos... so I get to play around. Just want to hear some feedback since the customers do not give much of that.

better than the first one. you are improving. now. change this cheesy color ("It looks like cheese" - my friend MOMO) into something nicer and make the "a" so that it reads paws not pows. also do something wlse with the balls on the p and the s... it's sort of disteracting in a bad way.

i agree, it is better than the first one but still not there. where reading it i am seeing pows instead of paws. You should read it back before submitting it and see if the legibility works. Im not sure what sup with the random circles but it makes it look like sue kind of cheese logo. I understand your going for a friendly feeling logo but this is not the way.
Try to reduce the bubbles around and make it more compact. The colour is great.
