This is pleasing to my eyes. I don't understand what the symbol represents though. It looks like a pen quill.

I see the tip of a fountain pen as well as a "v". I get it but I think it should lean more towards a traditional ink pen shape, just a suggestion

It's quotation marks! And a "V" and a shield. I don't know what else, but I like it. The text is nice too.
