What is that symbol supposed to represent? It looks crudely drawn, and also appears as if it were abruptly cut off at the top, and overall doesn't represent you as a designer very well at all.
Your type is okay, but I would add a hair of spacing. Your letters look just a little bit too close to each other.
I see that the symbol is supposed to be a fun version of the letter "V", but I agree with killswitch, the top looks like it was cut off, when every other line from the symbol is a curve.
The problem with the text, in my opinion, is not really the spacing between the letters (that can be resolved even with a different font) but more with the thickness of the letters, they're too similar. There should be a bigger difference between the bold and the thin type.

I'll like your logo more if you can tell in all the details that you shaped. The space between N & L is slightly wider?
